Founder & Executive Chairman

Hi, I’m Dwight: I’m an operator, investor, and board leader with a long history in building and scaling people-driven businesses. I founded PPR Talent Management Group and later launched Hueman People Solutions, where I now serve as Executive Chairman. I spend most of my time working alongside leadership teams, helping them grow, navigate complexity, and build cultures that actually perform.

Career & Achievements: I led the growth of Hueman People Solutions and continue to support its strategy and expansion as Executive Chairman. Over the years, I’ve been deeply involved in staffing, healthcare, and services businesses, both as an operator and investor. I currently serve on several boards, including Growth Orthopedics and Canopy Home Services, and stay active in M&A, helping companies think through growth, integration, and value creation. Earlier in my career, our organizations were recognized by Gallup and Great Place to Work for culture and engagement, something I still believe is a real competitive advantage when done right.

What’s Most Important: Building great businesses is meaningful, but doing it with people you trust, while staying grounded in family, health, and purpose, matters more. I aspire to show up that way at work and at home.
