Hi, I’m Kaitlin: I’ve spent more than 15 years in talent acquisition, partnering across industries including IT, Industrial & Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma, and Healthcare. Over the past decade, I’ve also had the opportunity to lead teams focused on delivering high performance, strong partnerships, and meaningful results. I’m passionate about helping organizations grow while creating experiences that leave a lasting impact on clients and candidates alike.

Outside of work, I live in Indiana with my husband, Justin, and our 10-year-old mini dachshund, Harvey. I’m usually planning my next trip and can never say no to musicals or live shows of any kind.

Career & Achievements: Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building recruitment solutions that drive growth, scale teams, and create long-term client success. I’ve been honored to receive the RPOA Influential Women in Talent Acquisition recognition twice, earned the President’s Club six times, and was recognized as a Hueman Core Value Annual Award winner in Year 1.
