Hi, I’m Maryanne: I am a proud mother of two sons who work alongside me at Hueman People Solutions. I’ve spent more than 30 years in the recruitment industry, building my career across a wide range of companies. I began in 1995 with a large staffing agency, later moving into privately held professional services firms and eventually into enterprise-level organizations before finally venturing out on my own.

Career & Achievements: In 2018, I took everything I had learned throughout my career and launched my own company, an opportunity to bring my experience, passion, and perspective directly to my clients. Within five years, we were recognized as one of the Top RPO Companies in 2023. That success ultimately led to our acquisition by Hueman People Solutions, validating the strength of the business and culture we built. I’m proud to have helped create an environment where so many talented people grew into exceptional recruiters and leaders.

What’s Most Important: My faith, family, friends, and my work. I’m at my best when those worlds align, when I love what I do, who I do it with, and who I do it for.
