Hi, I’m Meredith. I’ve spent my career at the intersection of operations, technology, and data, helping teams make sense of complex workforce challenges and turn them into actionable outcomes. I naturally gravitate toward the “why” behind what’s happening and enjoy simplifying it so teams can move faster and make better decisions. If there’s a more efficient way to do something, I challenge myself to find it.

Career & Achievements: I began my career 20+ years ago in IT and worked my way across multiple functions, always with a focus on how business processes and data can better enable teams. That evolved into leading operational strategy and analytics within the recruiting and talent acquisition space. A big part of my work has been bridging the gap between operations and technology, ensuring what we build doesn’t just work in theory but also in the real world.

What’s Most Important: I care deeply about creating an environment where people feel empowered to think outside the box, challenge assumptions, and keep growing. That’s where the best ideas come from.
