Hi, I’m Paul: I’m a product innovation fanatic, passionate about developing creative, scalable ways to help align an individual’s strengths with the best culture and career, while leveraging technology to improve relationships rather than replace them.

Career & Achievements: I’ve spent 35+ yrs leading sales, marketing, and product management teams in technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and supply chain environments.  I have led talent management technology companies, several talent acquisition organizations, both contingent and permanent, and facilitated multiple acquisitions.  I also consider my 30-year marriage, empty-nest status with 2 kids, and my ability to still actively play soccer on my list of accomplishments.

What’s Most Important: At the end of the day, our relationships with our family, friends, and teammates!  And time is our most important currency.  Bringing together the best people with the right roles and teams helps ensure growth in all those relationships! Also… great music.
