Hi, I’m Sarina: I’m a mom and human resources leader with 25+ years of experience helping global organizations build, nurture, and grow their people operations, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, across multiple industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and sales and services.
Career & Achievements: I hold an MBA in International Management from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Fredonia, as well as SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. My philosophy is simple: Life is short. The workday is long. The people you work with and the culture you work in shape your days more than almost anything else. Building workplaces worth showing up to is what great HR does, and it’s what I do.
What’s Most Important: My two daughters, my favorite humans on the planet. Nothing means more to me than the time we spend traveling together, showing them that the world is bigger than their backyard and how beautifully diverse it is. I value authenticity, nurturing real relationships, and a balanced life, and being their mom is the truest expression of all three.
