Hi, I’m Scotty: I live in Southwest Florida with my husband and our three mini schnauzers. I have two adult children and love spending time with family, traveling, and staying active, especially outdoors whenever I can. I’ve built my career in talent acquisition and have spent more than 30 years working with global consulting and outsourcing firms focused on the evolving talent landscape.

Career & Achievements: I began my career as a recruiter right out of college and have grown through the industry by holding a wide range of roles across operations and solutions. Over the past five years, I served as North American President for one of the world’s largest human capital firms. In December 2025, I joined Hueman People Solutions as Chief Sales Officer. I was also honored to be named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list in 2025.
