• Meet Bill:
  Bill Boutwell is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Hueman. Bill has been in the recruitment space for more than 20 years and is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Bill formerly served as the Chief Operating Officer for Hueman’s RPO division which now includes over 300 recruiters for 50+ accounts in industries ranging from healthcare and technology to food and labor markets.

  Career & Achievements:
  Prior to Hueman, Bill served as COO for Professional Placement Resources (PPR), the organization spun off Hueman in 2016. Bill and his team are responsible for creating highly engaged workplaces, with Hueman most recently being named as one of Gallup‘s Top 39 Most Engaged Workforces Worldwide. He is also a member of Leadership Jacksonville class of 2015 and a Boselli Foundation Board Member.

  Bill Boutwell

• Meet Sarah:
  Sarah successfully helped in the company transition from Hueman’s original parent company, PPR Travel Nursing, in 2016 and was responsible for Hueman’s brand development. She has 14 years of marketing experience, including work in advertising agencies, as well as in both contingent and permanent recruitment. Sarah has been instrumental in introducing tech-enabled operational models and streamlining processes for our RPO partnerships, as well as for our recruitment marketing solutions.

  Career & Achievements:
  Sarah serves as a member on the diversity recruitment board for Baptist Health, one of our partners, in Jacksonville, FL. In 2019, Sarah was named one of HRO Today Magazine Provider Superstars. In 2016, she received the Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Top 40 Millennials in Staffing Worldwide” recognition and was globally recognized for her marketing work in the talent acquisition industry.

  Sarah Palmer

  President, RPO & Direct Hire Divisions
• Meet Joe:
  Joe has 25 years of experience in the recruiting and consulting industry. As a member of the leadership team, Joe oversees Hueman’s Consulting Services, Business Development and has led many of Hueman’s strategic partnerships.

  Career & Achievements:
  Joe has been with Hueman for 11+ years and has a firm commitment to driving the organization’s culture, known as ‘A Culture-by-Design’. He has also spent time within large, publicly traded organizations, such as AMN Healthcare Services and Arthur Andersen, and has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, along with international recruitment to the United States.

  To provide my two wonderful daughters with both positive and meaningful life lessons, while leading a happy and healthy lifestyle.

  Joe Marino

• Meet Terri:
  Terri has 24 years of recruitment, human resources and leadership experience. She is a member of SHRM National, SHRM Jacksonville, and holds a Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI. At Hueman, Terri lives her passion of creating great employment experiences for all and elevating Hueman’s status as a Best Place to Work in America and GALLUP’s Great Workplaces.

  Terri’s human resources career began in 1996 for a contingent staffing firm headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. There she managed three local branches of professional staffing. In 2002, she joined PPR, which later spun off as Hueman. She is a 2011 Core Value Award Winner, Army Veteran, and Leadership Team Professional in Human Resources®.

  What’s Most Important:
  Creating happiness for those around me. My faith. My family. Learning something new and putting it into action. Accomplishing what I set out to do. Laughing!

  Terri L. Cohen, PHR

• Meet Derek:
  Focused on strategic partnerships, Derek brings a consultative approach to designing customized talent acquisition solutions for our partners, driving true value to organizations. He has found his passion in talent acquisition, specifically in RPO Solutions and has been at Hueman for nearly 11 years.

  Career & Achievements:
  He has 19+ years of Leadership experience that has spanned several industries including telecommunications, real estate, sports technology and healthcare. Derek has also been one of the annual Core Value Award winners, as chosen by all Hueman employees. He has served on the Children’s Home Society Board of Directors since 2016.

  What’s Most Important:
  Family! They have my heart and soul. There are a lot of friends who are also my family…this life is all about connecting with people.

  Derek Carpenter

  Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships
• Meet Andrea:
  Andrea established the accounting & payroll systems and the related processes for PPR, Hueman, and several other companies on consulting projects. Andrea is a 2003 Core Value Award Winner. Her passion is to identify and improve operational and financial processes as well as to provide accurate and essential information to other leaders for decision making purposes. She is also a wife to her wonderful husband of over 20 years, the person her kids go to for love, encouragement, and advice, and an All Conference Volleyball Player of the Year her senior year of college.

  Career & Achievements:
  Andrea is a CPA and started her career at KMPG Peat Marwick, LLP (one of the largest accounting firms in the world) as a staff and senior accountant. She then became the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Trailer Bridge, a Jacksonville based, publicly traded transportation company. Finally, she came to work for Professional Placement Resources (PPR), now Hueman People Solutions, in 2000.

  To be the best wife, mother, employee, and leader that I can be.

  Andrea Blair

  Executive Vice President, Accounting & Finance
• Meet Dina:
  Dina began her career in strategic marketing and spent several years as a marketing practitioner. She specializes in identifying and developing innovative talent acquisition strategies. She has excelled in placing top candidates in a wide range of sectors. She enjoys spending time with her husband and rescue puppy, captaining her women’s soccer team, and experimenting in the kitchen with new dishes.

  Career & Achievements:
  In 2009, Dina transitioned her career to talent acquisition and has been there ever since. Dina began working with PPR and assisted in the launch of their RPO division. She grew within that division from Manager to Director to Vice President of Operations. In 2018, Dina transitioned to oversee the emerging businesses. As Division President, today, Dina oversees our Executive Search division and is in the process of launching a new division that provides total talent solutions to investment organizations. Dina has been recognized several times throughout her career; 2018 – HRO Today: Rising Star, 2017 and 2011 – Core Value Winner and 2019 – Babes Who Hustle. In 2022, she became a 2X Award-Winner of Top 10 Most Influential People in Executive Hiring.

  Dina DeMarco

• Meet Richard:
  During Richard’s 10+ year tenure with Hueman, Richard has been instrumental in leading our partnership implementations across multiple industries with a specific focus on healthcare. Richard has a proven track record in operational process development, refinement and strategic account management. He is committed to driving operational excellence for our partners. Richard is passionate about process improvement, business intelligence, project management and ensuring our partners have a great account implementation experience.

  Career & Achievements:
  Richard has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition. He has 12 years of traditional staffing experience and 10+ years of experience focusing on key account partnerships and account implementations with healthcare organizations.

• Meet Jennifer:
  Jennifer has a real passion for people and her focus on cultural-based hiring and results-based business practices make her a true leader in the industry. During Jennifer’s 19 years Hueman, she has helped establish and build successful partnerships since the inception of our RPO division.

  Jennifer has over 19 years of Leadership experience in RPO Talent Acquisition, across many industries. She has been recognized as a three-time Core Value award winner, 2019 HRO Superstar and was a finalist in 2020 for Gallup Manager of the Year.

• Meet Brianna:
  Brianna is passionate about providing leadership to her teams and for creating collaborative partnerships with our clients through operational excellence. During Brianna’s 8 years with Hueman RPO, she has led strategic recruitment initiatives across many industries and driven results through her strong relationship management and implementing the latest recruitment tools and technologies.

  Career & Achievements:
  Prior to Hueman, Brianna acquired over 3 years of college admissions and recruiting. She has over 10 years of experience in Leadership and Talent Acquisition, including 5 years in recruitment process outsourcing. Brianna was a Core Value Award Winner in 2015.

  Brianna Schumacher

• Meet Pete:
  Pete started out working with clients for a few years as an account manager, then transitioned into recruitment. After 9 years as a recruiter he transitioned into management and now has the pleasure of working with both recruiters and client partners. Pete’s passions include improving operational processes and training new recruiters to become efficient and successful employees for the organization.

  Career & Achievements:
  Pete has 18 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. He began his career in staffing and helped launch PPR’s Allied Health and Educational Services divisions. He then spent 5 years working in RPO for PPR/Hueman managing several partnerships before transitioning into management full time. He currently oversees Operations for Hueman’s Risk Adjustment Staffing division.

  What’s Most Important:
  To be a great role model for my kids! To enjoy life, stay positive, see new places and enjoy the outdoors. Each day is a gift and to always keep that mindset.

  Pete Hannigan

  Vice President, Risk Adjustment Staffing
• Meet Hilary:
  Hilary is a professional marketer. She loves sitting down and planning campaigns that are multi-faceted and targeted to fix a specific problem with measurable impact. She’s fascinated by unusual marketing initiatives. While imitation may be the highest form of flattery, she hates copy-and-paste. She prefers to take an idea, and adapt the successful parts into something better.

  Career & Achievements:
  Hilary started in PR then moved to strategy development in the tech start-up space. She has spent 7+ years leading marketing teams in the talent acquisition space – including the largest team in North America. In her early years, Hilary was a Global Marketing & HR Lead for the International Quidditch Association. To date, she has made Staffing Industry Analyst’s “40 under 40” list and is a member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women NextGen. She was also Adecco Group North America’s “Best-of” winner three years in a row and a Adecco Group Global Win4Youth Ambassador.
