Experience a day-in-the-life of a recruiter.

Recruiters need to be able to quickly assess candidates’ skills and qualifications to ensure they’re making the best hiring decisions possible. They use various methods such as posting jobs, asking for referrals, attending networking events and sourcing to find the best talent.

On any given day, recruiters might conduct interviews or reference checks, review resumes or CVs, negotiate salaries or contracts with potential hires, and use ATS tools to help them find the perfect candidate for an open position.

In-office hybrid

We embrace a hybrid work experience that combines the best of both worlds—flexibility and collaboration. Everyone has different needs and preferences regarding work arrangements. With our hybrid model, you combine three in-office days with the flexibility to choose where you work the remaining two days of the week.

  • Video conferencing, group and direct messaging software offers reliable access to team meet-ups or quick chats, no matter how big or small.

Hueman Connections

  • At Hueman, we hold quarterly town hall meetings where our leadership team shares updates on our financial and cultural standing with all teammates, providing valuable insights.
  • Every week, we hold a meeting at 8:31 to provide updates and announcements to ensure everyone, company-wide, is informed and aligned.
  • In addition, we host fun birthday and anniversary celebrations and compete with trivia, costume contests, cook-offs, & fantasy leagues.
