Diversity,
Equity, &
Inclusion

Hueman is committed to increasing workforce diversity, fostering inclusive environments, and sustaining those efforts through equitable practices not only across our own business – but across our partners’ as well. This mission is guided by our core values of excellence, trust, change, service, and teamwork, upheld by our Hueman Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.

How we implement DEI initiatives at Hueman.

At Hueman, the representation of all our varied identities and differences (race, ethnicity, gender, physical and mental ability, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, tribe, caste, socioeconomic status, thinking and communication styles, etc.), is paramount to our success.

At Hueman, we acknowledge the historical and systematic barriers minorities face. We make an active effort to eliminate those barriers within our organization. We promote justice, impartiality, and fairness and provide various levels of support and assistance depending on specific needs or abilities.

We strive for a cultural and environmental feeling of belonging at Hueman. We want employees to feel valued, respected, accepted, and encouraged to participate fully in and out of the workplace.

DEI is in our culture.

We require and sustain workforce diversity and a culture where every employee experiences trust, respect, and engagement with the confidence to perform well within their role.

Employees can grow their talent through training, development, coaching, and mentoring by establishing a shared commitment, resources, and support. Implementing ongoing communication is our key strategy that reinforces the responsibility of all employees to support diversity, equity, and inclusion.

“A Wonderful, Empowering Experience to be a part of”

“The Women’s History Month lunch and learn was such a wonderful, empowering experience to be a part of. I loved hearing the incredible stories of different women from different perspectives and how they achieved success in their careers and journeys. The work Hueman is doing to put an emphasis on DEI is necessary in today’s society.”
