The Hueman hiring process is simple.
Job Seeker Applies
The first step is to submit your application through our online portal or job board. Make sure to include your resume and any other relevant documents. (And don’t be afraid to show the real you!)
Screening
Once we receive your resume, our recruitment team will review it to assess your skills and experience. If a candidate meets the requirements, a phone screening will be scheduled.
Interview
Following an initial phone screen, we’ll reach out to schedule an interview. Depending on the position, this may include one or more rounds of virtual or in-person interviews.
Skills Evaluation
We may require candidates to complete assessments or skills evaluations for specific roles. These skill assessments help us determine your abilities and your qualifications for the position.
