The organization also placed in the Top 5 for Overall Healthcare RPO and earned #1 rankings in four subcategories.
The HRO Today Baker’s Dozen is one of the most closely watched rankings in the recruitment process outsourcing industry. The results come only from feedback submitted by buyers of RPO services. This year’s rankings for Hueman reflect survey responses from clients of both Hueman RPO and PrincetonOne.

The results improved on Hueman’s 2025 rankings in every midsize subcategory. Overall Midsize Deal rose from #3 to #1, Breadth of Service from #2 to #1, Quality of Service from #3 to #1, and Size of Deals from #6 to #2. In healthcare, Hueman moved from #4 to #1 in Breadth of Service and from #5 to #1 in Size of Deals, while holding its #5 position overall.
The Quality of Service ranking stands out because it measures how clients experience their RPO partnership day-to-day. The Breadth of Service rankings in both categories reflect the range of Hueman’s offerings, which include Enterprise, Hybrid, and Project RPO engagements, with specialized solutions such as APP and physician recruitment, travel nurse reduction, clinical and commercial life sciences, and CDL and skilled trades hiring to name a few.
